Refund/Returns Policy
Unwanted Goods/Incorrectly Ordered Items
If any item does not meet your requirements please email within 14 days of receipt. You then have 30 days from the date of dispatch in which to return the goods. We will either refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused and in it’s original packaging and condition. Buyers will be responsible for any return postage costs.
Faulty/Damaged/Missing Goods
Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours or claims for damages can not be accepted, this is because the courier has to be notified within this time period. Faulty goods may be returned for a replacement or full refund if we are unable to replace the item but you must contact us first for further instructions. Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations. Any missing goods will be sent out on the next dispatch run.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
